The complex

Our group of villas in Menorca, is made up of 43 units built on one floor, divided into blocks of 4 or 5 units.

All villas have sea views and a private ground terrace surrounding the large pool and interior gardens, providing unparalleled serenity and intimacy. From the pool bar and from the large terrace that surrounds the pool you can enjoy magnificent sunsets.

The complex has a swimming pool for children and adults and a playground surrounded by grass for the little ones.

Our Apartments

Our Villages are approximately 50 m2 and have a double bedroom, living room with a sofa bed and integrated kitchen area, complete bathroom and a terrace.

All Villages have a television, Satellite TV, WiFi, telephone, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and safe deposit box. With the possibility to add a camp bed, they are totally equipped for 4 people. Terraces, individual and furnished, are all looking onto the sea and the marshland. There is also a Launderette for the use of our guests.

Our Villas

Our 2 and 3 bedroom villas are separated from our 1 bedroom apartments, which offers a quiet and private area. These 6 villas also share a magnificent pool that only villas' guests can enjoy. All of them have sea views and they also have an exclusive parking area.

The customers of the villas can use all the facilities of Mar Blau (swimming pool, reception, hairdryer, washing machine, pool bar, etc.).

All our villas are fully equipped with satellite TV and TV, Wi-Fi, direct dial telephone, air conditioning and safe so you can have an unforgettable holiday.

Kitchen

The kitchen is totally equipped with microwave-oven, 4 rings’ electric hob, fridge and all the cutlery and cookware needed for cooking in the apartment.

  • "Paradise in Menorca"

    Location is stunning with panoramic views across the Med to Majorca. Villas are spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The whole site is spotlessly clean and well maintained with flowers, trees and grass. Pool was fabulous and quiet. Having own pair of sunloungers a luxury. All staff were very nice and helpful. Bar open all day long with friendly staff. Rooms cleaned and made up on a daily basis. Kitchen well equipped. Plenty of parking spaces out the front. Short drive to the beach.

  • "Very nice and clean hotel with good views"

    Very nice hotel with good views, especially sunset. Good customer service. Clean and comfortable apartment for a small family. Quiet hotel area, nice pool and supermarket are nearby. The hotel has a very good snack bar, I think it is more like a restaurant than a snack bar. Snack bar food was best what we tasted in Son Bou. Two girls in the bar made food with love. We liked very much and definitely come back again!

  • "Lovely apartments"

    We stayed 11 nights in August. Lovely apartments, in a quiet area, with everything you need. Plenty of space by the pool - no sunbed wars, very relaxed. Pool bar for snacks, meals and drinks. We booked buffet breakfast at the Jardin de Menorca hotel about 5 minutes walk away. About 15 minutes walk to the centre of Son Bou, 20 minutes to the beach.
